Soundtrack of 2010

This year (er, I guess it's last year now), music really comforted me whenever I was feeling down... It also added to my happiness when I was feeling... up!  Music really meant a lot to me in 2010, so I thought it would be a cool idea to make a playlist of songs that just meant a lot to me all of that year.  Each song is either there because I absolutely LOVED the song this year, or it described my life at some point in time.   Or both I guess, haha :)   It's called Move Along, because that's probably the song that meant more to me than any other song this year.  I've posted a few YouTube videos for my favorites.  So here it is! I just love this song, and it always had a way of cheering me up when I was sad 

2. Enchanted, Taylor Swift

Haha... no comment here ;)

3. Fifteen, Taylor Swift

I started high school this year and this song really described me. 

4. Don't Stop Believin', Journey

This is probably my life's song!  It's my motto.  

5. Turning Home, David Nail

This song is just about a guy singing about the past, how it was so much better than and stuff...I really related to it.

6. Haunted, Taylor Swift

Ah, one of my friends just randomly stopped talking to me and I had no idea why.  I was so upset.  This was my song then...

7. Love Stinks, J, Geilis Band

Haha, I found this out this year ;)

8. Invisible, Taylor Swift

Again, no comment... 

9. Tell Her About It, Billly Joel

I started giving relationship advice... and in this song, the singer is basically telling a guy how to treat a woman right.

10. American Honey, Lady Antebellum

I just loved this song... all year.

11. You Belong With Me, Taylor Swift

Haha.  I always knew that at some point in my life I'd find myself singing this song.  And this was the year.

12. Temporary Home, Carrie Underwood

This is also another one of my life's songs that could be on my soundtrack of the year until I'm an adult.... My family is constantly moving, so it's always comforting to know that I won't have to live where we live forever.  This song was just a reminder that really helped me this year :)

13. Complicated, Avirl Lavigne

I learned that life... is complicated.  And it gets more and more so every year.  

14. Mine, Taylor Swift

Haha, this is just one of my favorites of 2010 :)

15. Telephone, Lady Gaga

Another favorite of 2010.

16. Today Was a Fairy Tale, Taylor Swift

Hehe.  Not telling the secret behind this ;)  Maybe someday but for now I remain silent.

17. Move Along, the All-American Rejects

And of course, Move Along!  I learned this year that no matter how much your life sucks, no matter how many things go wrong, it always gets better, if you just move along.  

So that's my soundtrack of 2010!
